  3. Version 6.00. This version supports the new 49 number Washington State
  4. Lotto numbers with 6 picks. Works for any lotto using 49 numbers, no
  5. free, alternates, etc.
  6.  
  7. Version 7.00. Earlier versions were written using QuickBASIC 3.0. This
  8. version is written using Turbo Pascal 5.5. The BRUN30.EXE file is no
  9. longer required to run the program and is not included in the archive.
  10.  
  11. Version 7.10. Now compiled with Turbo Pascal 7.0, which is somewhat
  12. smaller and faster. I found a bug in the display that prevented mono
  13. systems from seeing the highlighted rows.

  15. Version 7.11. Cosmetic update. On faster systems the counter rollover
  16. was too fast, increased the time delay. Also changed the "Public
  17. Domain" to "Freeware" to show I still retain the copyright but that
  18. no fee is sought.

  20. Version 8.0. Changed many things, no background color changes, display
  21. is colored, print out is now paged at five sets of numbers per page. In
  22. Washington State these would be $5 picks. See LOTTO.DOC for details.

  24. Version 8.1. Added an Information/Help option to the program so users
  25. can get help while running the program. Exit screen has been changed
  26. so prompt for choices is removed.
  27.  
  28. Version 8.2. Increased/changed the on-line help and information. Display
  29. while picking numbers has changed (a little). Changed the sound default
  30. to Off. Sound can now be turned on and off from the Main Prompt. See
  31. LOTTO.DOC for more details. Program is about 10,000 bytes smaller. It
  32. does more for less. (grin)
